Besides her private practice at Tollway and LBJ, Dr. Miles is a Consulting Psychiatrist at Children's Medical Center and an Attending Psychiatrist at Parkland Hospital.  She also teaches clinical psychiatry to medical students, residents, and fellows at UT Southwestern.   She was the Medical Director of Psychiatry at Baylor Plano.

Dr. Miles completed her residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UT Southwestern.  She practiced pediatrics during the first part of her career.  

Dr. Miles is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.  She is a member of the APA, AACAP, TSPP, TSCAP, NTSPP, and DAWP.  She serves on the TSPP committees on Children and Adolescents and Professional Practice; and she co-chaired the DAWP.
